#632 What Strangeness Near

7.5″ x 11″ Watercolor, ink. Plain yellow ochre, in assoication with these colors, particularly the grays, looks like metalic gold, for real, not just the effect of the photo. Am I then, an alchemist? Have I managed to turn earth to gold?
